  • vatana (dried peas) (soak overnight and boil)
  • oil
  • rai (mustard seeds)
  • jeera (cumin seeds)
  • haldi (turmeric)
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • jaggery
  • tamarind

Instructions

  1. Soak vatana overnight and boil them.
  2. Heat oil with rai and jeera and add the vatana.
  3. Add haldi, salt, red chilli powder, jaggery, and tamarind.
