  • ghee
  • masala (masala mix)
  • cloves
  • oil (for tempering)
  • mustard seeds (rai) (for tempering)
  • asafoetida (hing) (for tempering)

Instructions

  1. Mix the masala mix into the rice.
  2. Prepare the tempering with oil, mustard seeds, and asafoetida, then add it to the rice.
  3. Cover and keep on low heat for 5 minutes.
