- cumin
- garlic
- red chilli powder
- turmeric
- coriander powder
- salt (to taste)
- oil (for tempering (vaghar))
- mustard (for tempering (vaghar))
- cumin (for tempering (vaghar))
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes and onions.
- Mix and keep covered; cook on low heat.
