  • 6 potatoes (cut)
  • 2 onions
  • cumin
  • garlic
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric
  • coriander powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • oil (for tempering (vaghar))
  • mustard (for tempering (vaghar))
  • cumin (for tempering (vaghar))

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes and onions.
  2. Mix and keep covered; cook on low heat.
