Stuffed Puri Dough

A maida-wheat flour dough for making stuffed puris, rolled like paratha and deep-fried.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ajwain (carom seeds) (a little)
  • salt (a little)
  • oil (a little)

Instructions

  1. Combine maida, wheat flour, ajwain, salt, and a little oil; make a puri-style dough.
  2. Fill with prepared stuffing and roll like an aloo paratha.
  3. Deep-fry until done.
  4. Serve with aloo sabzi.

  • Serve/eat with aloo sabzi (as noted).
