Stuffed Puri Dough
A maida-wheat flour dough for making stuffed puris, rolled like paratha and deep-fried.
Ingredients
- 3 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ajwain (carom seeds) (a little)
- salt (a little)
- oil (a little)
Instructions
- Combine maida, wheat flour, ajwain, salt, and a little oil; make a puri-style dough.
- Fill with prepared stuffing and roll like an aloo paratha.
- Deep-fry until done.
- Serve with aloo sabzi.
