A simple potato sabzi where spices are added as the potatoes partially cook and the dish is brought to a boil.
Ingredients
- 6 pieces potato (washed and cut)
- red chilli powder
- turmeric
- coriander powder
- salt (to taste)
- oil (for tempering (vaghar))
- mustard seeds (for tempering (vaghar))
- asafoetida (hing) (for tempering (vaghar))
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes.
- When the potatoes are a little cooked, add turmeric and chilli powder.
- When it starts to boil, add mustard, coriander powder, and salt.
