Guava and potato curry cooked in water with spices and peanuts, with sugar added only after cooling.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg guava (semi-ripe; cut into pieces)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • salt (to taste)
  • green chilies
  • ground peanuts
  • sugar (add after it cools)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook guava pieces and potatoes in 4 cups water.
  2. Add oil and all spices except sugar.
  3. Do not cover while cooking.
  4. Add sugar after it cools.
