Doodh Paak
A creamy rice pudding made by slow-cooking milk with soaked rice, sugar, dry fruits, khoya, and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 cup rice (soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dry fruits (chopped)
- 1/2 cup khoya (mawa)
- cardamom
- saffron
- 1 tsp Everest Milk Masala (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the milk on low flame, stirring continuously.
- When the milk becomes thick, add the soaked rice and cook.
- Add sugar.
- Add chopped dry fruits, cardamom, saffron, and optional milk masala.
