Seasoned mashed potato patties formed into rounds, meant to be served with ragda and chutneys.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • Turmeric (haldi)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Asafoetida (hing)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Add turmeric, salt, and hing and mix well.
  3. Shape into round patties.
