A basic method describing how to prep and partially cook sliced potatoes and bhungla (green pods) for bhaji-style vegetables.
Ingredients
- potatoes (washed and sliced/cut into pieces)
- bhungla (green pods) (remove strings, washed)
- water (as needed)
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and slice/cut into pieces.
- Wash the bhungla (green pods), remove the strings, and wash again.
- Cook the bhungla on low heat on the stove for a little while.
- Cook the cut potatoes on low heat on the gas.
