A brief pulao method where onions and tomatoes are fried with spices, then rice and vegetables are added.
Ingredients
- onions
- tomatoes
- garam masala
- red chilli (powder unspecified)
- salt
- dhania/jeera (coriander-cumin)
- haldi (turmeric)
- 2 bowls rice (washed)
- potatoes (optional/add-in)
- capsicum (bell pepper) (optional/add-in)
- peas (optional/add-in)
Instructions
- Fry onions and tomatoes with garam masala, red chilli, salt, dhania/jeera, and haldi until well fried.
- Wash and add 2 bowls of rice.
- Add vegetables such as potatoes, capsicum, and peas.
