Peanut Chutney for Fasting
Singdana Ni Chutney
A vrat-friendly chutney made with peanuts and boiled potato, blended with sour yogurt, salt, and cumin.
Ingredients
- 100 gm Peanuts (singdana)
- 1 medium Potato (boiled)
- Salt (to taste (about 1½ tsp))
- 4–5 Green chillies
- Sour curd/yogurt
- Cumin
Instructions
- Grind the boiled potato and peanuts separately.
- Combine and grind together to form a chutney.
- Add sour curd/yogurt, salt, and cumin; blend well.

- Marked as suitable for fasting (vrat).
