Peanut Chutney for Fasting

Singdana Ni Chutney

A vrat-friendly chutney made with peanuts and boiled potato, blended with sour yogurt, salt, and cumin.

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Peanuts (singdana)
  • 1 medium Potato (boiled)
  • Salt (to taste (about 1½ tsp))
  • 4–5 Green chillies
  • Sour curd/yogurt
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Grind the boiled potato and peanuts separately.
  2. Combine and grind together to form a chutney.
  3. Add sour curd/yogurt, salt, and cumin; blend well.

  • Marked as suitable for fasting (vrat).
