- moong (boiled first)
- haldi (turmeric)
- salt
- red chilli powder
- dhana-jeera (coriander-cumin powder)
- curry leaves
- green chilli
- ginger
- coriander (cilantro)
- oil (for tempering)
- rai (mustard seeds) (for tempering)
- jeera (cumin seeds) (for tempering)
Instructions
- Boil the moong.
- Add haldi, salt, red chilli powder, dhana-jeera, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger, and coriander.
- Prepare a tempering with rai and jeera in oil and add it to the moong.
