Missi Roti
A thick rolled roti made from wheat flour and besan, mixed with onions, green chillies, coriander, and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- salt
- red chilli powder
- green chillies (chopped)
- onions (chopped)
- fresh coriander (chopped)
- oil
- water (or use curd)
- curd (dahi) (or use water)
Instructions
- Mix wheat flour, besan, salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, onions, fresh coriander, and oil.
- Make a dough using curd or water (as for parathas).
- Roll the roti slightly thick.
