Missi Roti

A thick rolled roti made from wheat flour and besan, mixed with onions, green chillies, coriander, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • green chillies (chopped)
  • onions (chopped)
  • fresh coriander (chopped)
  • oil
  • water (or use curd)
  • curd (dahi) (or use water)

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour, besan, salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, onions, fresh coriander, and oil.
  2. Make a dough using curd or water (as for parathas).
  3. Roll the roti slightly thick.
