Methi Potato Curry
Methi (Fenugreek) (Potato curry)
Potatoes cooked with onions, a little methi, spices, and finished with curd stirred in after boiling.
Ingredients
- 9 potatoes
- fenugreek (methi) (a little; chopped and washed)
- 3 onions
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 bowl curd (yogurt)
- 1/2 bowl water
- oil (for tempering (vaghar))
- cumin (for tempering (vaghar))
- mustard (for tempering (vaghar))
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Chop the methi and wash it.
- Add the spices and 1/2 bowl water.
- When it boils, add the curd and mix.
