Ingredients
- masoor (red lentils) (boiled first)
- onions (added while boiling)
- haldi (turmeric)
- salt
- red chilli powder
- oil (for tempering)
- hing (asafoetida) (for tempering)
- dahi (yogurt) (add at end)
Instructions
- Boil the masoor, adding onions while boiling.
- Add haldi, salt, and red chilli powder.
- Add a tempering of oil and hing.
- Finally add some dahi.
