A coconut-based sweet cooked in ghee with condensed milk, saffron milk, sugar, and cardamom.

Ingredients

  • coconut (fried/roasted in ghee (described as 'Fry coconut roast'))
  • ghee (for roasting coconut)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • a little kesar (saffron) milk
  • sugar (as needed)
  • elaichi (cardamom)

Instructions

  1. Fry/roast the coconut in ghee.
  2. Add 1 can condensed milk.
  3. Add a little kesar milk.
  4. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
  5. Add sugar as needed.
  6. Add elaichi (cardamom).
