A coconut-based sweet cooked in ghee with condensed milk, saffron milk, sugar, and cardamom.
Ingredients
- coconut (fried/roasted in ghee (described as 'Fry coconut roast'))
- ghee (for roasting coconut)
- 1 can condensed milk
- a little kesar (saffron) milk
- sugar (as needed)
- elaichi (cardamom)
Instructions
- Fry/roast the coconut in ghee.
- Add 1 can condensed milk.
- Add a little kesar milk.
- Cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
- Add sugar as needed.
- Add elaichi (cardamom).
