A thin, cooked sweetened yogurt-water mixture, strained smooth and served as a sweet drink/syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 bowl thick curd (yogurt)
- 2 bowls water
- 1/2 bowl powdered sugar
Instructions
- Whisk curd well so there are no lumps.
- Add water and mix well.
- Strain to remove any lumps.
- Cook covered on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add powdered sugar, and mix.
