Fried Dal (Mung Dal)
Simple sautéed mung dal fried with onion in oil and ghee.
Ingredients
- mung dal (soaked (text also says cooked/soaked dal when frying))
- 1/2 onion
- oil (for tempering/frying)
- ghee (for tempering/frying)
Instructions
- Heat oil and ghee.
- Add the onion and sauté until light brown.
- Add the cooked/soaked mung dal and fry.
