Chocolate Ice Cream (No-Churn Style)

A quick mixed-and-chilled ice cream using condensed milk, milk, cream, and cocoa/drinking chocolate, beaten briefly and chilled in stages.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Condensed milk (Milkmaid)
  • 1 tin Milk (measure using the same tin)
  • 1 tin Vijaya cream
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa (or use drinking chocolate)
  • 4 tbsp Drinking chocolate (alternative to cocoa)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Beat with a mixer for 2–3 seconds and place in the fridge.
  3. After 1/2 hour, mix again and place back in the fridge to set.

Tips

  • Cocoa can be replaced with drinking chocolate (use the stated amounts).
