Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 potato
  • 2 peas
  • garam masala
  • red chili powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • sugar
  • oil (for tempering)
  • mustard seeds (for tempering)
  • asafoetida (hing) (for tempering)

Instructions

  1. Cook using the same method as Cabbage Batata (Kobi Bataka).
