Cabbage and potatoes pressure-cooked with salt, then sautéed in a mustard-hing tempering.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg cabbage
- 2 potatoes
- 3 green chilies
- salt (used while pressure cooking (implied))
- oil (for tempering)
- mustard seeds (for tempering)
- asafoetida (hing) (for tempering)
Instructions
- Pressure cook the cabbage and potatoes with salt for 4 whistles, then switch off the gas.
- Heat oil; add mustard seeds and hing.
- Add the cooked cabbage and potatoes and sauté.
