Okra cooked with basic tempering and finished with amchur and spice powders; instructions are brief/partial.

Ingredients

  • bhindi (okra)
  • aamchur
  • red chilli (powder unspecified)
  • salt
  • haldi (turmeric)
  • garam masala
  • jeera (cumin)

Instructions

  1. Prepare seasoning (including jeera).
  2. Add bhindi and cook until done.
  3. Add spices/masala (aamchur, red chilli, salt, haldi, garam masala) and mix.
  4. Cover and cook for some time.
