- bhindi (okra)
- aamchur
- red chilli (powder unspecified)
- salt
- haldi (turmeric)
- garam masala
- jeera (cumin)
Instructions
- Prepare seasoning (including jeera).
- Add bhindi and cook until done.
- Add spices/masala (aamchur, red chilli, salt, haldi, garam masala) and mix.
- Cover and cook for some time.
