Bhel - Green Chutney
A fresh green chutney for bhel made by grinding coriander with green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, and seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 1 bunch dill
- mint
- ginger
- green chilies
- lemon
- curd (yogurt)
- mustard seeds (for tempering)
- urad dal (for tempering)
- asafoetida (hing; for tempering)
Instructions
- Blend coriander, spring onion, dill, mint, ginger, green chilies, lemon, and curd into a chutney.
- Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, urad dal, and asafoetida.
- Add the tempering to the chutney.
