Ingredients

  • Coriander (for green chutney)
  • Green chilli (for green chutney)
  • Ginger (for green chutney)
  • Curry leaves (for green chutney)
  • Salt (for green chutney)
  • Lemon (for green chutney)
  • Sugar (for green chutney)
  • Garlic (for garlic (red) chutney)
  • Red chilli powder (for garlic (red) chutney)
  • Salt (for garlic (red) chutney)
  • Jeera powder (for garlic (red) chutney)

Instructions

  1. Green chutney: Grind coriander, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, salt, lemon, and sugar to a paste.
  2. Garlic (red) chutney: Grind garlic, red chilli powder, salt, and jeera powder to form a paste.
