- Lemon (for green chutney)
- Sugar (for green chutney)
- Garlic (for garlic (red) chutney)
- Red chilli powder (for garlic (red) chutney)
- Salt (for garlic (red) chutney)
- Jeera powder (for garlic (red) chutney)
Instructions
- Green chutney: Grind coriander, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, salt, lemon, and sugar to a paste.
- Garlic (red) chutney: Grind garlic, red chilli powder, salt, and jeera powder to form a paste.
