Bhel Chutney (Sweet Tamarind-Jaggery Chutney)
A sweet-tangy chutney made by boiling jaggery and tamarind, seasoned with spices for bhel/pani-puri.
Ingredients
- 100 g Fresh jaggery
- Tamarind
- Salt (to taste)
- Chili powder (to taste)
- 2 tsp Pani-puri masala
Instructions
- Boil fresh jaggery and tamarind together; once it comes to a boil, simmer.
- Add salt, chili powder, and pani-puri masala.
- Cool and serve.
