A sweet-tangy chutney made by boiling jaggery with tamarind and seasoning with spices and pani-puri masala, served after cooling.

Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh jaggery
  • tamarind
  • salt
  • chili powder
  • 2 tsp pani-puri masala

Instructions

  1. Boil fresh jaggery and tamarind together; when it comes to a boil, simmer.
  2. Add salt, chili powder, and pani-puri masala.
  3. Cool and serve.
