  • ghee (tempering)

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal overnight.
  2. Cook it in the morning.
  3. Follow the same method as the dal recipe but use amla instead of lemon.
  4. Prepare tempering with oil, mustard seeds, and ghee and add to the dal.
