Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (boiled (in the morning))
- 4 tomatoes
- ginger (grated)
- green chilies (grated)
- coriander (grated/mixed (as written))
- lemon (add at end)
- salt
- oil (for tempering)
- mustard seeds (for tempering)
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes (noted as done in the morning).
- Make a mix by grating ginger, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander together.
- Heat oil; add mustard seeds.
- Add the grated mix and cook on medium flame, stirring occasionally.
- When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, add lemon and salt.
- Cook a little longer and serve as desired (eat with sev and chopped onion).
